PSE&G today filed for a three-year, $2.54 billion extension of its Gas System Modernization Program (GSMP) with the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities. The proposal would continue the utility’s work to update its existing infrastructure to improve reliability and reduce greenhouse gas emissions (GHG) by replacing aged pipes with modern ones, and sustaining the thousands of jobs and skilled workforce created under GSMP II with the prospect of creating more jobs.

Public Service Enterprise Group (PSEG) reported full-year 2022 Net Income of $1,031 million, or $2.06 per share, compared to a Net Loss of $648 million, or $1.29 per share for full-year 2021. Non-GAAP Operating Earnings for 2022 were $1,739 million, or $3.47 per share, compared to $1,853 million, or $3.65 per share for 2021.

The Board of Directors of Public Service Enterprise Group (NYSE:PEG) today declared a $0.57 per share quarterly common stock dividend for the first quarter of 2023, payable on March 31, 2023 to shareholders of record on March 10, 2023. This action represents a $0.03 per share, or 5.6% increase, in the company’s quarterly common stock dividend and brings the 2023 indicative annual rate to $2.28 per share.

(Newark, N.J. – January 18, 2023) Public Service Enterprise Group (PSEG) has agreed to sell Ørsted its 25% equity stake in the Ocean Wind 1 offshore wind energy project, providing Ørsted with 100% ownership of the project. Ørsted, America's largest offshore wind energy company, will proceed with development of the project with PSEG supporting onshore infrastructure construction.
