Public Service Enterprise Group Incorporated (PSEG) will host its second quarter 2025 earnings call at 11:00 a.m. ET on Tuesday August 5, during which management will discuss second quarter financial results, financial guidance, capital investments, regulatory activities, and other important matters.

The National Weather Service has confirmed that on July 3, Union County, New Jersey, experienced straight-line winds and downbursts with wind speeds estimated to range from 65 to 80 mph. While the storm was not a hurricane, these are hurricane-strength winds.

With temperatures expected to climb this weekend and into next week, and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) forecasting above-average temperatures across the Mid-Atlantic this summer, PSE&G is prepared and is encouraging customers to take steps now to stay safe, conserve energy and manage their bills.

Public Service Electric and Gas Company (PSE&G) today announced the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (BPU) approved PSE&G’s proposal to provide all residential customers with a temporary credit that will offer relief on their summer electric bills. The credit will combat the significant electric supply price increase that is the result of PJM’s capacity price auction. PSE&G’s relief measures, inclusive of a Summer Moratorium – an expansion of the Winter Termination Program and waiving reconnection fees – are part of PSE&G’s proactive Summer Relief Initiative designed to protect residential customers from higher costs this summer.

PSE&G is prepared for hurricane season in New Jersey, which is underway now through Nov. 30, and wants customers and neighbors to be, too. We continue to endeavor to safeguard our customers’ utility service from the damaging impact of extreme weather by strengthening and upgrading our infrastructure. June marks graduation season across New Jersey, bringing celebrations—and often, balloons. PSE&G urges customers to celebrate safely and responsibly, especially when using metallic (Mylar) balloons, which can pose a serious risk to the electric system and public safety if released into the air. 

PSE&G today announced that it is proactively implementing a Summer Relief Initiative to protect qualified residential electric customers from disconnection, while seeking approval from the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (BPU) to provide New Jerseyans relief on their summer electric bills.

PSE&G is focused on maintaining a safe gas distribution system. As part of our efforts, the utility today partnered with first responders from Clifton in a safety exercise that simulated a gas emergency.

PSE&G today announced that it is amending its May 7, 2025 filing with the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (BPU) to provide additional short term relief for mitigating the impact of recent significant increases in electric supply costs caused by PJM’s high capacity market prices. In the filing, PSE&G is responding to requests for temporary solutions from Gov. Phil Murphy issued in a press release yesterday, in addition to a one-time waiver of carrying costs for credits that might be issued this summer, pending BPU action. 

For the 11^th year, the PSEG Foundation invites nonprofits to apply for funding that helps close critical gaps for New Jersey and Long Island communities, through its Neighborhood Partners Program (NPP). Beginning May 15, 2025, the NPP will accept applications for up to $1.2 million in grants ranging from $500 to $15,000 to eligible 501(c)(3) nonprofits.

The Board of Directors of Public Service Enterprise Group (NYSE: PEG) today declared a $0.63 per share quarterly common stock dividend for the first quarter of 2025, payable on or before March 31, 2025, to shareholders of record on March 10, 2025. This action represents an increase of $0.03 per share in the company's quarterly common stock dividend, bringing the 2025 indicative annual rate to $2.52 per share.
