We’re honored to recieve the Angel of Hope Award from The Partnership for a Drug-Free New Jersey and are proud to support New Jersey communities through a variety of initiatives, including our PSEG Foundation’s ongoing collaboration with PDFNJ on the Third Grade Healthy Life Healthy Decisions Coloring and Activity Book, which was distributed to 40,000 third-grade students across the state, delivering important messages about healthy living and substance use prevention.

We look forward to Take Our Kids to Work Day every year. This year, more than 2,300 children stepped into the shoes of their parents across 22 of our locations, and with a theme that centered on the power of curiosity and learning through doing, our PSEG kids explored the world of utility work firsthand, taking turns in bucket trucks, watching live demonstrations and participating in hands-on safety activities.

PSE&G Proposes New Solutions To Help Customers Dealing With Upcoming Energy Price Increases

PSE&G today announced that it is amending its May 7, 2025 filing with the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (BPU) to provide additional short term relief for mitigating the impact of recent significant increases in electric supply costs caused by PJM’s high capacity market prices. In the filing, PSE&G is responding to requests for temporary solutions from Gov. Phil Murphy issued in a press release yesterday, in addition to a one-time waiver of carrying costs for credits that might be issued this summer, pending BPU action. 

Applications Open May 15: PSEG Foundation to Award $1.2 Million to Community Nonprofits in New Jersey and Long Island

For the 11th year, the PSEG Foundation invites nonprofits to apply for funding that helps close critical gaps for New Jersey and Long Island communities, through its Neighborhood Partners Program (NPP). Beginning May 15, 2025, the NPP will accept applications for up to $1.2 million in grants ranging from $500 to $15,000 to eligible 501(c)(3) nonprofits.

The Board of Directors of Public Service Enterprise Group (NYSE: PEG) today declared a $0.63 per share quarterly common stock dividend for the first quarter of 2025, payable on or before March 31, 2025, to shareholders of record on March 10, 2025. This action represents an increase of $0.03 per share in the company's quarterly common stock dividend, bringing the 2025 indicative annual rate to $2.52 per share.
